After buying:
Send picture, dedication (choose font, font color) and any instructions to email or via Etsy messages.
Send digital photo as a 300 dpi jpg format
(the bigger the better).
We can crop, cut from background, correct refocus, contrast or color,
get the red out (eyes) or minor retouching when requested.
We will send you visualization to your e-mail, and upon
your approval we will make your beer glass.
The item will be ship to 5-7 working days after approval visualization.
IMPORTANT:
Personalised items (items with your own photo/name/dedication) are not returnable. If there's a production defect, please contact us as we do offer a replacement free of charge.
All manufacturers chemical detergents for dishwashers inform, that decorated glass, porcelain is should not be washed in dishwashers.
